Michael Rosselli
M.D., MPH, CAQSM, FAAEM
Dr. Michael Rosselli is dual board-certified in Sports Medicine and Emergency Medicine—uniquely positioning him to manage acute injuries on the field, in the emergency department, and in the clinic alike. He brings extensive experience in orthopedic injury care across all levels of athletics, including the highest tiers of professional sports.
Dr. Rosselli has served as Medical Director for Event Medical Services at the National Basketball Association, providing medical coverage for the NBA All-Star Games, NBA Finals, and both domestic and international basketball camps. His diverse sports medicine roles also include serving as Medical Director for events such as King of the Cage Mixed Martial Arts, the Western Athletic Conference Basketball Tournament, and team physician for the the Las Vegas Wranglers, the Las Vegas Locos and the Lingerie Football League. He has also contributed as a Sports Medicine Specialist and Medical Opinion Blogger for the Everlast Sports Nutrition Proline.
Specializing in advanced, regenerative treatments, Dr. Rosselli offers leading-edge options such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, microfragmented adipose tissue, and bone marrow aspirate. He has also served as a medical consultant for Lipogems, an FDA-cleared medical technology that uses your own fat tissue (adipose tissue) to help regenerate and heal damaged or aging areas in the body.
Dr. Rosselli earned his medical degree from Memorial University School of Medicine, completed his residency at Columbia University’s St. Luke’s–Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, and completed a Sports Medicine fellowship at NYU–North Shore/LIJ. He also holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from Hunter College, City University of New York.
Dr. Rosselli is a published author and has delivered national lectures on a wide range of topics in both emergency and sports medicine.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. Rosselli maintains a personal passion for high-intensity interval training and amateur boxing.
