Diagnostic Ultrasound

Our clinic is one of few practices in South Florida who’s doctors are board certified in ultrasound for the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries. This painless in-office procedure uses no radiation and has no side effects. Ultrsound also allows doctors to identify injured or damaged tissues, and can be used for follow-up to monitor the healing process and decrease the need for expensive MRI’s. The use of ultrasound during injections significantly increases the accuracy and outcome of the procedure.

"After hurting both knees and waking up to excruciating pain, I needed help quickly. My typical ortho experience has been to set an appointment 4 weeks in advance, wait in the waiting room for 5 hours. Get a NSAID for a problem that’s most resolved, rinse and repeat. I had lower expectations with a walk-in clinic. Boy was I wrong. I arrived at 8:00, filled out my forms and was being diagnosed and treated by 8:30. I was on my way home by 10:00. Excellent experience. The X-ray tech was a gem and Dr. Rosselli had a great attitude. I’m hoping to never go back, but if I get hurt again, would gladly use this place again. Great work!"

Dr. Perez was extremely helpful, pleasant, and took the time to thoroughly explain what could be causing my knee issues. He made sure I understood everything and answered my questions clearly.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Injured my calf playing pickleball and had a swelling and a limp for ~7 days.  I was referred by 2 of my friends (1 is a registered nurse).  Called and they told me they take my health insurance and weren't busy so I could go there now and not have a wait. Parking is covered and fine (not sure if they validate but it was $6 which wasn't a dealbreaker.)

Got there and receptionist was nice. Filled out some forms. No wait. The physician's assistant, Sam, who I saw is warm and knowledgeable.   He aspirated (drew blood from) did an exam, ultrasound and they put me in a boot for calf, and prescribed physical therapy.   The phlebotomist was sweet also.

My only regret was not going there the day after the injury.  Next time I won't wait.

If needed, I'll update this review. But even if I didn't have health coverage, I'd have gone.
